As far as I know, HCA is in a hiring freeze right now. At least for their StaRN program. They sent out an email last week saying "if you are reading this email your application is still active". They said there is no need to email them or ask any questions, that they will let us know when the hiring process starts back up.

HCA is starting up again. My girlfriend accepted a StaRN position in March which was delayed due to covid and she was notified they are starting the end of this month.

It was brutal. I interviewed with a Critical Care panel and was expecting only behavioral questions, but the ones I practiced online were not good enough. Their questions were deep. I also was asked a prioritization questions which I was not prepared for. ?

They did not say anything about calling me back. Does anyone know how that will work? Do we hear back regardless or only if they hire us?
