They did not say anything about calling me back. Does anyone know how that will work? Do we hear back regardless or only if they hire us?
Forgot to add, in one of the info sessions on Zoom, they said we could hear back as early as Friday about an offer but most likely early next week. But the people who interviewed us will start narrowing down their choices pretty soon. Also, they mentioned that we might receive multiple offers. And the new grad is allowed a few weeks to make a decision, so some of us who are like their second choices might not hear about an offer for 3+ weeks. But they did say we will receive an email if we are not offered a position.

What made you feel that it was brutal? I’m so sorry! I interviewed with critical care as well. Hoping for the best for both of us
They didn't ask me anything about myself or why nursing or why St Luke's. I had a question about a time where I questioned if nursing was the right choice for me. Honestly I have never questioned it, but I didn't know what I was supposed to say. Then another question about what I believe were the benefits and the downfalls of a career in nursing.
The prioritization question I cannot remember. I drew a blank, I wasn't expecting it so I freaked out.

I’m so sorry to hear that! I interviewed with the critical care panel as well this afternoon. However I had a very good experience I’m wondering if you had different people interview you ? what prioritization question did they ask you? I didn’t have one!
