Did anyone who interviewed with a male from medical ICU hear back? I’m just trying to see if offers are being given a certain way or if it’s random

CONGRATS to all who received offers today! To those of you who didn’t receive offers via the residency, like myself, apply apply apply! I received a direct hire offer just yesterday!!

I haven’t heard anything yet! I think yesterday was mainly ICU/critical care units, so I’m thinking that medsurg units will give out offers this upcoming week?

We will be on the same unit!! You will get emailed an offer letter eventually that you will print out, sign, and email back. The email will have all the instructions!

I don’t think that’s necessarily true. In the debrief they said people may hear as early as Friday if the interviewers really liked them which sounds like a pretty general statement. Monday & on is when it’ll get interesting!

Agreed. When ------------------- gave me my offer she said she was super busy trying to get out as many offers as possible on Friday so that it didn’t drag over into the weekend

I think ——- will still be giving out offers starting Monday as well! This was just the first round of people they thought fit well into certain units. Not sure if it was mainly ICU offers or if that’s just a coincidence.
