Just got a call from HCA about an opportunity for a position in L&D at HCA West. I think it was just to set up an interview though, I told her I just recently accepted another position.

Did you graduate in May or August? Interested to see because I heard HCA was going to give preference to May grads since they have been waiting longer.

In May, but I’m fairly certain that doesn’t have anything to do with it. She was reaching out to me because I’m currently an HCA employee, as a PCA. Being an internal applicant makes me so much easier to hire, it’s just a vertical transfer

Yea internal team are always different & can’t use that to determine anything. But if anyone else gets a call or offer from HCA please let us know. Thank you

I feel like they didn’t start calling till 1-2pm Friday so y’all still have a lot of time! Don’t stress, I’m sure all of you did great and will get offers! ?

I got a call about a week ago from Northwest HCA saying they had me written down as a candidate to receive an offer, and that I should hear from ******* once they have a start date but I haven't heard from her yet!
