Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2021 Applicants

I wanted to start a new thread for those of us applying to Houston new grad nurse residency programs to ask questions and share information.

I am brand new to this site so I hope I'm doing this correctly... Good luck everyone!

Just did my assessment for Memorial Hermann. Was anyone confused about the Media question during the true/false portion? ?

LOL now I’m scared cause I don’t remember what I put.... but I was really confused about the part where they asked if we only follow the law if there’s a chance we’ll get caught, I was like huh??

YES OMG I put very true bc I assumed it was saying not to get on Media websites ?

Am I the only one still haven’t received assessment ? MH Memorial City was my first choice

I haven’t received anything either. TMC was my first choice.

Hey yall. I applied to MH when applications opened, completed the behavioral assessments, and just logged in and saw this. Anyone know what this means? One of them says application received, and the others say no longer under consideration. So confused.

you will only be considered for first choice

Did anyone not apply with letters of recommendation?

I didn’t ?. They were old LOR from when I had just graduated and didn’t want to use those.

right it looks that way. but why does it say "no longer under consideration" for the Nurse Residency program, but not for my first choice?

Both of my choices just says application received. They didn't reject my second choice
