OP, the reason Atlanta hospitals "suck" for you is probably they aren't realizing your total potential. Upper management all the way. Make sure to tell them you're ready for that.

Given the scant information that you've provided I'm sorry to inform you that I cannot offer an explanation regarding the suckage that you're currently experiencing.

Is this new onset suckage or chronic suckage? Involving one, several or all hospitals in Atlanta?

Is the suckage dull or sharp? Well-defined or vague? Aching, burning, stabbing?

Have you noticed any aggravating and/or alleviating factors in regard to the suckage?

More information is needed if you desire a meaningful comment OP, much more...
