:) Hi Everyone,
I have two questions regarding Hesi and NCLEX test.
Any infor provided would be helpful in preparing for the Hesi exit exam.
1. How many questions are on the Hesi test ?
2. Is the Hesi test as difficult as the NCLEX exam?

Howdy!
The HESI I took in my 2nd year of the ADN program had 156 questions. I don't know how they compare to the NCLEX-RN questions, but I would really like to know!

My HESI exit exam I just took a few weeks ago before graduating had 160 questions on it. We actually had the option of taking it up to three times to get the best score we could achieve on it, and my score inproved each time cuz I did tons of practice review questions. I have not yet taken the NCLEX (next month!!!) so can't comment on that. Good luck! :)
I've been doing practice questions for the Hesi exam.
I can not seem to get any further than a 60 on most of my practice test
UGH
I'm beginning to question wether or not I can score well on the Hesi test.
I take my Hesi test on the 9th of June :uhoh21:
Time is running out.
I need to pass the Hesi with an 85 % Which will determine my ability to pass the State boards .
Any suggestions, opions etc..?
I think my Brain is on a permenent Vacation ........ :chuckle

I took the HESI exit exam about a month ago, and scored like 89% which means i was told interets as an excellent chance to pass boards. I haven't done a ton of questions, but on those HESI practice disks i didn't score all that hot. Can anyone compare. I NCLEX on June 1st.
:) :)
I'm putting all good thoughts out to the Universe that you will Pass the NCLEX June 1st. :) :)
God Bless

Took the HESI in March. The practice cd is harder than the actual test. But do yourself a favor and DO do all the practice tests, and then go over all the rationales, just like the instructions say. It will help you.
I had friends who only made 60's - 70's on the practice tests and still passed HESI. We had to have an 875 to pass. I would keep doing practice questions though. GOOD LUCK!!
I take NCLEX june 8.

We took the HESI both years of our ADN program- both times, we had 160 questions. We were told by our instructors that how you do on the HESI is 97%
accurate of how you'll do on your NCLEX. I hope it is true!!!

I will be taking the HESI in a few weeks as an exit exam and am quite nervous. The CD in the book only came with 6 practice test and I wish there were other HESI practice exams available. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to review and be successful for the HESI?
