Are you older students using bookbags or back packs for school? You know I'm just about 30 and I just keep thinking do thirty year old students wear bookbags? Will it hurt my back, will I look like I'm trying to be 19 again. I don't have a oppinion one way or the other, just wondering. LOL is this a crazy question or what?
Knocking on 40 and I got a CAH-RUTE (cute:chuckle) messenger bag from w-mart. It was 10bucks so I know it won't last long (keeping my fingers crossed) but it was UNC colors and I couldn't pass it up. I have a HEAVY science load this year so I know I'm going to need something less cute and more "ugly" sturdy. I carry my laptop a lot so I need something to carry all those heavy books. I don't want to spend a lot but I'm thinking I may have to:no:
Last semester I borrowed my 11 year old daughter's PINK backpack. I am 34! But, I am just starting out and will probably trade that in for another backpack soon. I like backpacks because you can distribute the weight evenly.
Did it have Barbie on it? :chuckle Other mothers would understand if it did...

I'm going into my second semester of NS and let me tell you...there is NO WAY that I could have carried all my books, medical supply bag, purse, and other "things" without having a set of "wheels." I bought a rolling duffle bag at Wal-Mart for $25 and it was the best purchase I have made in years!!! No joke!!! It's large enought to hold all of my books, my laptop, and other things I carry everyday. It super sturdy and it's waterproof...great during a Texas thunderstorm. I may end up soaked but my $750 worth of school books stay bone dry!!!
