I have been exercising everyday on the elliptical for 30min. Sticking to weightwatchers...down a couple lbs...........I guess its working...
My legs are sore...lol
Im drinking regular milk again, as opposed to soy....I never have been much of a milk drinker... but now I look forward to a nice a cup of skim milk with ice.... It keeps me full! weird! Who would have thought?

Well, we are back to school here. Hopefully, I will get the boys out on their scooters and back to walking to school in the mornings. Ds2, Dh and I really need to loose the weight and improve our health.
having chicken and broccoli for dinner. I still don't think that I've gained any weight. I am having the normal water weight fluctuations but I think that's about it.
Hopefully will get out walking with the boys this week. Even if not, next week will be field trip week for ds2 and I. I've decided it's a mandatory trip to the zoo or something where we get to investigate who knows what.
Publix had Kellogs cereals buy-one-get-one-free and I got two boxes of Smart Start (I get the heart one because it has the most postassium which I need for my blood pressure) and Kashi.
I've taken to measuring out the portions in a measuring cup to make sure I don't overeat. It's easy to just dump two servings into a bowl and gobble them up.
So i joined a gym today. I had my first workout this evening.. It went well. I did some free weights, did some abs on their cool ab machines, and did about 25 minutes on the treadmill... Not bad for a first work out. I'm excited to go back. I have to work tomorrow.. so maybe i'll go straight from work and do a little bit.. That will be hard. I don't know how tired I'll be after my 12 hours tomorrow. The funny thing is... I saw one of our docs on the elliptical. haha.. Good for him... I avoided him though!!
Also I've been into making smoothies lately!! Super good! I take fat free vanilla yogurt, lite OJ, frozen fruit, a little bit of crushed ice and splenda... mix it up!! Very good and very filling! Instead of snacking on bad snacks when i get hungry between meals.. I just pull my smoothie out of the fridge and drink a little... Healthy and full of antioxidants!!!

I went to the gym yesterday. I was thinking of yoga class tonight but I have to go shopping for a new phone and probably won't. Gotta get home to the pups and it will probably be too late to go. That's o.k. thought, I have to be flexible....hehehe.
