Hardest Prerequisite

Just an opinion, what has been the hardest pre-class u have taken

...a lot of people say A&P but I thought it was easy..now math I struggle...

I know exactly what you mean. I've never been the greatest at math, period...and this pre-req is nearly killing me, because of the stress of having to pass it to apply for the program. I have to pass my math class with no less than a B, and I just have the final exam to go! I'll be crossing my fingers for you, if you cross yours for me! We can do it! Wishing you the best of luck. :clown:

I wish you the best of luck also, we can do it. I am literally counting my days down to the seconds. I have been having math nightmares lol! Good luck and lots of success.:)

stats..is that for an associates or bachelor?.....i didnt see that mentioned in our syllabus...

i am doing micro in the fall...just registered my book and poked around the website...YIKES!!!...

Yes Statistics and Pathophysiology are for my Bachelor Program I am entering immediately following the ADN. Although I am looking forward to Path I am NOT looking forward to anymore math classes!

Bio189! That was a hard class to get through!

My hardest class was critical thinking. It wasn't really a pre-req but we have to take a humanities class and I thought it would help me in school and look good on my resume.

It was awful and it didn't teach me a lot more than I already knew.

You sound like me! I've been having literal nightmares too. With just the finals left, I suppose it's a little anxiety I'm partaking in, because they've been some of the most random dreams with math involved, and even watching myself take the final in my dream, LOL. :uhoh3:

I wish you the same! Let me know how it all goes! :)

Toughest for me so far was Chemistry. Still managed to get an A but it took a lot of hard work and many hours of studying. I had a very nit-picky teacher who was not consistent on little things like how many significant figures he felt like accepting on any given test, etc. so it took a while to figure out what he wanted from us. It was generally an interesting class and I enjoyed it but man, did he make me work for that A!

I think it just depends on how you learn. If you are more of a memorization based learner then A&P I and II, micro and almost any biology prereq will be easy. If you're more math inclined and application based then chemistry, math and other physical sciences will be more up your alley.

For me I was more of the application based person and A&P frustrated me with the vast amount I had to memorize in a short amount of time. So I would say A&P II was the hardest because they threw so many body systems/functions at you more than the A&P I.

I only took chem intro so it wasnt bad. I enjoyed them all but they were alla pain the but cause took a lot of time studying. An easy class to me is one you hardly have to study or can do some light reading and basically have the info down. So none of them those were exactly what I call easy for me.

So far, with currently taking Micro and AP - Chem is still the hardest.

Pottery was my most difficult class so far. I'm glad it's out of the way, so now I can focus on more important classes.

:wideyed:

Chemistry! But I learned so much I am grateful for it

For me it was Chem. Blech.
