Wow! Creative writing was required for your nursing program? We have to take English Composition and for the BSN Critical Thinking (a writing class)
That sounds like a tough class! English Lit was like that. We were supposed to analyze the works, but I found it was best for my GPA if I simply told him that I saw what the professor saw-even if I disagreed.

Yes, you must agree even if the material is laugh-out-loud asinine.

My apologies...it is not required for nursing. I was just using it as an example for comparison purposes. It wouldn't surprise me if they did make it a requirement, however.
Our foreign nurses really have it made. Many of them would be hard-pressed to pass 3rd grade English. In California, these are the big bosses of the people who do pay their arduous academic dues and who are then expected to teach them basic skills on the job. What a disaster...

Math 110,college algebra. I hate math but got to pass it to apply to nursing program, I have two weeks left, one final test to go. I was never this stressed with any of the other prereqs.
I know exactly what you mean. I've never been the greatest at math, period...and this pre-req is nearly killing me, because of the stress of having to pass it to apply for the program. I have to pass my math class with no less than a B, and I just have the final exam to go! I'll be crossing my fingers for you, if you cross yours for me! We can do it! Wishing you the best of luck.

A&P 1 was pretty bad. But Chem gave me nightmares. I have stats left so we'll see, since I hate math!

I'd have to vote A&P 1-2 because of the sheer amount of information you had to memorize. Otherwise probably Chemistry since I hated lab because we had the most detailed, annoying lab writeups ever.

It was A&P I for me. The fact that I didn't really have the capability to mass memorize many parts of the body in a short amount of time really dealt a blow to me during the lab portions. A&P II was much easier because it felt like there was a reason for every part of what was taught being there and why it was there. Chemistry was also a breeze because it mostly ended up being an extension of your math skills in the end, while microbiology was also enjoyable since it was like A&P II where it made it seem like there was a reason for everything and not just making me memorize parts for the sake of it.

It might not be as bad as it was for me because I was working full time. I think I would have enjoyed it if I had had more time to put into it. Actually, the lab tests in micro were not as bad as those of anatomy, but that was due to the instructor. Instructors can make or break a class for you, as I'm sure you know. Best of luck to you.
Oh, just in case you haven't heard of ratemyprofessors.com, you should always consult this site before enrolling in a class. The ratings are fairly accurate.
