GRU / Augusta University MSN CNL Fall 2017

Hey guys, anyone else applying to the CNL program at Augusta University ( previously known as GRU)? I am going to be applying and if admitted I think I would prefer to make my move a few months post acceptance. I have 2 bachelors and my passion is with Psychiatric Mental health but I really don't want another Bachelors so the CNL seems just fine to have under my belt until I maneuver into a DNP program. It all sounds so pricey but in the end I believe it will be worth the while. I know I am early but hopefully others are interested. My scores aren't great but I saw people with similar scores with acceptance so lets just pray. I have great grades it is just one school gave me F's instead of W's when I withdrew in 2008 and I have had hell getting it off my record but it has no bearing on my gpa it is still "good" just not where it could be without 4-5 F's.

Well NursingCAS just got my transcripts from last semester entered in! We will see what happens :/

That 1.5-2 hours until my status changed was almost unbearable!

igh23 - thanks for your reassuring words. I have been checking every couple of hours for the past 2 days. Still hasn't changed!!

I am applying for the CNL Fall 2017 program as well! I am still waiting for all my transcripts to be uploaded. My other schools are taking forever to send the transcripts over. Emily Holsey did say that even if the transcripts are received after the deadline, they will accept them as long as the day the other schools printed the transcript was before the deadline date.

I really hate relying on other schools to send my transcripts. I just don't trust them!!!

I really hope I get accepted into the program.

I hope everything goes smoothly for you! I can completely understand the stress of relying on schools to send transcripts. I'm a little bit of a control freak at times and hate having to put total trust in someone else to do their part when it's regarding something so important to me. I really hope everything works out quickly for you.

I bet your status will change soon! Runfast16 posted that their admission status changed and then mine changed a couple of hours later; we both interviewed on the same day at the same campus.

That 1.5-2 hours until my status changed was almost unbearable!

When/where did you have your interview? I had mine in Athens 2 weeks ago and wondering if anyone else has any updates

It changed Thursday afternoon. I'm about 15 miles from the campus so I'm guessing it will be here Monday or Tuesday.
