You have approval of I140 and now join the queue for a visa. Current processing times are 2005 and date of your I140 is the date it was filed and that will be your PD for EB3

Hate to burst your bubble on this one, but it is going to be very hard this time around to get approval if on the B1/B2 visa for the AOS process. They are going to need to prove that they did not have dual intent and it falls on them to prove it, not on immigration. If they have not been here at least 60 days, forget it. And really if not over 90 days, they have a much higher chance of getting denied.
And then it becomes an issue that they are taking cuts in line in front of everyone else. What was done last year is completely different than what is going on now. All in the world are affected by this retrogression. To come to the US with dual intent is actually against the law. It is one thing to be here on another type of visa such as the H-4, F-1, L series, H1-B, etc. That is what it was designed for. Not for the person that came to the US as a tourist intent on staying. And for each person that does that, and does not return home at the end of their supposed visit makes it that much harder for the next person. That is why I am expecting to see an increase in denials now.
