Grand Canyon RN-BSN

Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?

Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?

I am a military spouse and I pay about $900 per class with the discount. I was required to take a stats for health care class. If you have more questions feel free to private message me.

thats more than $150...as most classes are 3 credits....

reading on another topic, I believe your already in WGU, so would have a better idea than most of us about it. Grand canyon is probably like most other RN to BSN schools.....meaning most classes have a group project...no written tests..write papers and write more papers. Each class is 5 weeks long and pretty much every week 1 has a paper due (sometimes 2). In week 4 or 5 the group project is due, One gets an actual grade at Grand Canyon. Best of luck

Tomorrow is the first day of school:unsure: Any FIRST DAY tips?? I work full-time from home so I do have the chance to get on and check things out fairly early in the day.

I'm excited but anxious.....can "old" dogs learn new tricks?? I think I'll definitely be the oldie but goodie in class...think Medicare lol...

Has anyone taken the RN-BSN cohort at GCU? I start tomorrow and was just wondering if there is much of a different between strictly online and going once a week.
