Grand Canyon RN-BSN

Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?

Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?

In my nursing school 30 years ago, nothing was first person.. Nothing. I hope that helps me do the deed.

Same here, but I never had to write on topics from an experience that I was personally involved with. This assignment is a comparison of my learning styles and what was identified with the Vark Questionnaire.

One feels stressed about this assignment. One wishes the assignment was completed. One wants a cheeseburger.

Having a bit of a toast tonight for sticking to my guns. Anytime in my life I

did not trust my gut, things when awry... So glad I stuck with it, as I think

this will be an amazing experience. But glad I did not sign up for something that

absolutely did not feel right.

Rob... I am naive and don't even know what Vark is. But I can feel your pain. It sounds up close and personal.

One needs to have a cheeseburger and maybe just sit back for a bit and come up with a strategy?

I just cracked open my old VARK paper, I used "this student" and "this indvidual" ! Oh well, that must be acceptble `cause I got 100%! :w00t:

I have always used "this author", "this nurse", "this student".

I doubt that I will be able to use the paper (even though GCU will want a power point) over again, that would be just too lucky. What I can use is all the research, articles, and websites that I found the first time in writing the necessary pages. I learned during the second semester of nursing school to keep everything..... I have so much information just hope we studied healthy people 2020 after the first semester.

Yep, That it's what I meant. You have the info at hand. It makes life a bit easier. :)

Glad I went back to look at the grades for week 5 of Professional Dynamics.... 0 points for participation again... Fired off an email again... This is getting a little old, I guess my 11 posts were not enough.
