I don't know how to figure this out. A poster posted on one of my threads that she got a composite score of 108 and got a 91%. I had a composite score of 114, but only a 78% (from what I can figure). How is that possible?
Am I figuring something wrong? What am I looking at? I'm so sad, confused, mad, disappointed....

Total points differ from professor to professor and class to class. In Chemistry we can earn over 450 points. Your percentage is compared to that.

They're referring to a standardized nursing school entrance exam.

Remember that percentiles are a reflection of students who took the test within a certain time period, so if you took the test at one time and someone else took the test another year, your scores would be compared against the performance of the same group of students nationally who took the test that particular year. That would explain the different raw scores and different percentiles.
