Good Online Anatomy and Physiology I and II Classes? Or Nursing Prereqs

Hi guys!

Could you all recommend a good college that provides a straightforward but well accredited online anatomy classes both seperate or together? I live in the state of Georgia... I would also appreciate if you guys could tell me how it went for you guys such as the quizzes, tests, etc.

I would also like to see if I can take Microbiology...and/or Nursing Mgmt Pharm (NRSG 2790)

Try the local community college. I am taking mine in 5 week sessions this summer, almost done with A&P 2 on the community college campus.

I wouldn't take Anatomy or Microbiology online. You need the hands on labs to make the info relevent.

I'm pretty sure you need to take A & P classes with a lab for pre-reqs... don't know how this would be done online.

I live in GA, but I don't know of any online micro and a&p classes.. I think university of Phoenix may offer those classes online, but I'm unsure of their accreditation. To be honest micro would be tough online, especially bc of the lab.

The University of New England has online courses but they are very expensive: www.une.edu/com/online

I live in NC and there are numerous A&P 1 and 2 classes online. I have taken both in the classroom and online and the one's that I took online were way more intense than the traditional classroom setting. The lab online was very visual (technology these days) and it was way more time consuming than the 3 hours when you take it in an in class setting. Honestly I learned more in the online classes because you have so much more work to do (I think the teachers want you to work more when you are taking an online class). Just Google community college's in GA and go through the schedules to see which sections are offered online. I don't think you will miss anything by taking A&P online.

I don't know where in GA you live but Gwinnett Tech offers online classes..

Darton college offers a&p and micro online but you do have to go to labs on Saturdays. That's probably the best you'll find. Where in ga are you? I'm in Warner robins.

I took A&P on-line. The lecture is online and the lab is on the campus! It worked out perfect!

I don't know where in GA you live but Gwinnett Tech offers online classes..

GPC also offers A&P online. There's at least 4 schools in the Atl area alone, let alone the whole state. Loads of online options out there! :)
