Who's taking it winter 2? Have you gotten your book? Are you buying or renting?

Also, if you have taken it, any advice? :D

Specializes in Correctional Nursing; MSN student.

Your TA is slooooooow. I hate waiting!

I hate turning in another assignment until I have the last grade. Am sure I did something wrong somewhere and would like to avoid a repeat ... if ya know what I mean. Still no grades, I just checked. On a good note... will be starting yet another job week after next. Gotta pick up those extra hours. Will be working full time Plus!!

Ohhhkay. Got my DB grade - she marked me off 1/2 point on length of the post. Rubric said 1-3 paragraphs and I wrote 2 lengthy ones. Counted my sentences and everything. Knew I would do something incorrect. :nono:

Aghh! Frustrating!

2.5 more weeks and this class is over. Are you guys aiming for a "more" healthy senior or one w/numerous ailments? I'm going for that super healthy senior w/not a lot of issues. Want my paper to be short and sweet ;)

I thought my senior was healthy...she's energetic, works part-time, very active. Heck, she's had 4 MIs and 5 CVAs! Oh well, here goes the care plan!

I only know 1 senior, other than people I meet at work. I would never have time to do this at work. So, my options are very slim. I just hope my neighbor will let me ask her personal questions. My grandparents live 6 states away.

Welp, I'm working on "skimming" these 172 pages...

My senior is healthy. I work with her, 70 years old. Still working full time, gets up at 3 or 3:30 am to go to the gym to work out most mornings. She does the Pan Ohio bike ride every year, and is doing so again this year (from Cleveland to Cincinnati over a 4 day period). Only medications she takes are supplements. Only real history is breast cancer 10+ years ago.

I think I'm going to have a hard time coming up with nursing diagnoses for her...

Good Grief! It is official - I can't make my TA happy. :banghead:

Still waiting for module 2 DB post grade. My TA has slowed down a smidgle.
