Who's taking it winter 2? Have you gotten your book? Are you buying or renting?

Also, if you have taken it, any advice? :D

My TA grades slow. She reads EVERYTHING. That can be go/bad. Not expecting any grades back tip Thurs from her. I should be done w/assignment 1 tonight. I need to study for nutrition, so I NEED to get it done. Is it just me, or does it seem like folks are just putting together a bunch for shortened DB post w/references as a place holder. I think this no one can use the same reference is messing some people up...

It's called FLUFF...so much energy wasted on avoiding errors and trip-ups...who has time to learn the real meat and potatoes??? I can spend 2 hrs looking for one credible reference that's within the allotted time frame of 5 years or less...then write something to reflect it rather than the other way around. Meaningless method IMO.

Or better yet, spend time counting sentences to make sure you have a proper paragraph…hahaha

Hahahahaha...I am truly laughing!!! I finished doing just that! I counted before I posted to the DB just to be sure. What a great group this is. You all are truly my classmates and I'd be lost without you.:hug: FLUFF, FLUFF and more FLUFF!!!

DB post is complete ... had to mess with it for 20 minutes to fix formatting ... that really irks me but REFUSE to lose points for stupidity related to technological inconsistency (ha...how do you like THAT one!). Boring, boring post.....LOL. I dare someone to outbore me this week .. cannot be done!!!!

Just got my week 2 grades...got dinged on the paper for not listing a page number in an in-text citation...only problem is, the citation is for the Morrie movie. If you can find a page number in a movie, let me know...heheh....sad thing is, I'm pretty happy with my grade so I'm not even gonna worry with it! :bugeyes:

I did. I edited it once to fix the formatting and it made it worse....so I gave up.

I would DEFINITELY call the TA on this...don't let it slide, regardless of the grade.

I think there is a section in the APA book about how to reference tv shows, movies, podcasts, etc....welcome to 2012!!!! hahaha.

Trying to format it on the DB is a disaster. It does not translate well at all. I too screwed around with it.....deleted and reposted 5 times!!!
