Georgia Highlands College Fall 2011

Hello everyone. I just applied for admissions for the fall 2011 program a couple weeks ago.

Has anyone esle applied as well? If so what is your GPA and ACT score if you don't mind me asking.

My gpa is a 3.0, or higher because I have grades that have not posted, and I took the ACT over 13 years ago with a score of 18.

@Tiger 2504, I thought our Doctor/Nurse Practitioner only had to fill out the "Clinical Passport" sheet stating our immunization's history, where does it say that we actually have to get a physical or even have to get a blood test done?

You have to see a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner for a physical for that person to answer the questions on the Clinical Passport..... no blood test or urine test though..... just drug test which is separate issue....... if you read the packet thoroughly, you'll find answers to most of your questions....

Thank you guys, I was just confused because when I was checking the checklist, it said have your health form/ student clinical passport filled out completely by NP or MD with laboratory results attached and I thought that was referring to blood work.

I got a question.

1. does anyone know if we need to print our background check and drug test result since they don't give a code for the advancedstudents site. I have everything done except my last TB test which will be Wednesday of next week since I just had one yesterday. :yeah:

I am going to print mine out but the access code they are talking about would be your login information that you use to access the report. So to be safe, I am going to print it out and attach it to the physical passport the Dr. completes AND I will put my login information on the form where it says access code, etc..... which is my email address and the password I made up when I set up the account.......
