However Plan B is a good thing to have in any case!

Oh well, if I don't get in, I'm seriously considering another CC or going for my BSN. :)

I, personally, think that's your best option at this point. El Centro is near impossible to get into. Any nursing school would be happy to have you. Your dedication and your spirit can move mountains!:)

Don't leave TWU at Parkland off the list if you are going to apply to UTA...that might be a good possibility for you too!

Well, if I wanted to retake Algebra (and made an A), I would be applying for whichever semester with a 4.0.

I have all of my support classes complete as well, with one B, but I am taking Music Appreciation starting next week.

If I make an A in that, the Algebra, I would be applying with a 4.0 in the pre-reqs and a 4.0 on all 17 credits of support classes.

I'd be at the top of the list. I guess if there were over 110 people with 4.0's on their pre-reqs & 4.0's on their ALL 17 credits of support classes, and I still didn't get in, then I would begin to think maybe nursing wasn't for me.

I haven't heard anything from any of the six schools I applied to.

I am just holding it all in right know.

I'm sure my denial letter will be coming in soon, but I'm not giving up hope.

You should be getting your letter soon. If not, call the school (although you know how hard it is to get them on the phone!) I tried through out this whole day! I never did get them. I sure hope they have another number for the actual nursing students to call!

Yes Sunny, no letter yet. We are to expect them any day now up to Nov. 15th. There were only 39 slots and hundred of applicants

I didn't make it, but I'm not giving up. If I don't get a call later for Spring, the plan as of this minute is to retake my Algebra. So, I *should* definitely be in for Fall '06. (Isn't that an oxymoron? should - definitely? LOL!)

Jess, uggh, that would drive me insane! Try your best to concentrate on your studies!!!!! It's hard, isn't it? I know you can do it!
