When it finally stopped clicking the task bar said "applet started" and I had a chat window on my screen but none of the buttons would do anything and nothing happens when I type in the box. Oh, and I am using an antiquated version of IE and still running in windows 95.

I just get a blank gray area with nothing. However, I'm logging in from the network at work so they may have done something on the network to disable chat. Is that possible?

2) would like to keep colors all the time without having to click them every time...
3) type is too small, even for my 30yo eyes...
4) Thanks to brian for always working to improve our quality of cyberlife.
