Nurses General Nursing

I know this is an often-used test. I've taken it three times since h.s. I am mostly an ENFP, sometimes an ISFP. Anyone else know their type? I wonder what other types people on the forum are, and if there are some patterns predominant among nurses. I'm sooo curious! Wheeeee!

I'm an ISTJ The Duty Fullfillers. Fits me to a "T". I've taken this test and many others like it, they seem to "peg" me quite well.

Fuzzy

I don't put much faith in these things but it says INTJ.

ESFJ to a "T".... nursing mentioned as well as administrator. I am a DON for an SNF. Choose it so that I can create order and change life for the better of staff and residents. I also hold a degree in Training and Development which has used this test many times. It's always interesting and freaks people out because of it's accuracy. If you take it and fit the profile, yet the results are in a career that is not even close to being nurse related, please pay attention. You'd be surprised how much it means when all is said and done.

ISTJ checking in!

Specializes in NICU, High-Risk L&D, IBCLC.
Specializes in ICU,ER.
INFP here, although it was ENFP the first time I took it as a teenager.

Interesting.

I also changed from an ENFP when I was younger, to an INFP now.

Maybe life makes some of us more introverted.

I am an INFP. My N and P are off the charts!!!

Me too!!! My N (intuition) and I (intoverted) were extremely high. Described me perfectly. Yesterday, after giving money to charities and wanting to join the Peace Corps, my mom said "You can't save the world." Funny how they describe us as wanting to make the world a better place.

Specializes in Hospice Volunteer.

Hey friends!

Thanks for sharing! All different types, lots of TJ's, I bet you need that for nursing, I don't seem to have it, hope I get there somehow anyway AND that its a great journey! :jester:

Specializes in acute care.
ISTJ....Not many of us around?

Another ISTJ here!

Specializes in ICU, telemetry, LTAC.

ESTJ here. That's funny because I took this test in nursing school and I remember being an I-something, a "nurturer." Now I'm a guardian. Hmm. I didn't expect nursing to completely change my personality type!

Specializes in primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, NICU.

INFJ here. I took this test at the beginning of nursing school also. This would be a great poll, it would be interesting to see the percentages!

Specializes in orthopaedics.
i've taken this test over the years and i always come out the same. intj. so dead-on correct for me. i guess it's really rare for women, something like 2% of the population? anyone else out there an intj? we can be difficult!

:rotfl:

i'm an intj too. us bossy gals got to stick together. lol!
