$29/hr in tennessee + 25% weekend diff and 10% nights. also get paid 80hrs for working 72.

Make almost $26/hr plus $1.15/hr evening differential (the weekend diff is a joke at $.50/hour!)

$25 base pay new grad RN in May 2009 is what my facility is offering. $1.50 3-11 diff

$5.00 11-7 diff

0 weekend diff, however, the departments have limited number of openings for "weekender plan" every fri/sat/sun for $10/hour diff.

I'm in WI

Going rates vary drastically in each state and can be for different cities as well in the same state.

And then it depends on if the job is for the hospital, clinic, or nursing home.

You cannot just go by what the going rate is for an area, so much more is involved with that.

Are you looking for going rate in that specific area or across the US?

I'm in Florida and make more than $19/hr. $26/hr and then $28 on weekends. It all depends on where you live even within the state. North Florida is famous for 18-19/hr.
