big big hugs to you
people who arent blessed enough to have the love of a pet in their lives dont get how hard it is when one passes.
I had the same cat for 17 years , got her when I was 2 years old she died when I was 19, on the day after xmas, our family was devestated.
but thinking of all the happy memories she brought to our lives is heartwarming, same thing goes for you and your sophie.
you have a guardian angel with paws , there are no better kind!
So very sorry to hear of your loss...my heart and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. My menagerie means more to me than some of my relatives... their unconditional acceptance of me is the
epitome of love. They do not care if I am bathed or if my legs are shaved...they do not care if my hair is brushed...one of these days perhaps I will be the person they think I am...
May you be comforted by knowing that "finding" a stray is never an accident...they are angels on loan to us...
((((((DAWN)))))) I am so sorry to hear about Sophie's passing. It is so difficult to lose the love of a pet, and my heart goes out to you and your family today. You will miss her physical presence, but the memories of her will forever stay alive in your hearts. From one pet lover to another...:kiss

This is a day of celebration for our nation. It is a sad day for my family. Our beautiful dog, Sophie is with her maker now. I found her 11 years ago on the side of the road, she fit right in and had been a wonderful part of our family since. I mourn her passing, and I cherish the memories. Just wanted to share with the extended family.
