Got a Lump in my Throat

I'm doing a 5 mile walk for Breast Cancer on Sunday, Oct. 13. When I told my 11 year old son I was going to do it he asked if he could walk with me "'cause you have a lump in your breast and I want to help you". Evan will be walking with me next Sunday. We are now working on getting him sponsers so he can get his own tee shirt. Gotta make you feel good when your kids respond like this. I really feel blessed today.

Sounds like you raised a good boy Connie You must be so proud. :D Enjoy your walk with him!

That is so sweet!!

Thanks Heather, I plan to. My oldest son wanted to walk too but he has to work so..., he sponsered his brother for $10.00, a lot of money for a 16 yo.

That's great Connie-children learn what they live. What a cool mom u are.
