I've had many, many legendary Coworkers over the years, whom I loved and respected.

Right where I am right now.

And I respect and love some of my current Coworkers just as much now as then.

Honestly, I feel very fortunate, because I have only one past job where it wasn't that way.

Everywhere that I've worked, I've had plenty of coworkers that I appreciated,

and a few that I didn't. It's that way everywhere you go, in this life. :)

It has always been a mixed bag for me, and I think that is how it is everywhere.

Where I am now, I am working with a great team of high-quality nurses in a well-managed department.

This can always change.

A new manager comes in. Big turnover in staff. New doctors with negative attitudes about nursing. Standards slip.

A good department can take a turn for the worse, and it can change for the better.

All you can control is you. Your attitudes, point of view make a big difference in how people treat you.
