Hi everyone! I applied to Glendale's RN program and waiting for invitation email to take the TEAS. Did anyone apply to any other schools besides Glendale? I applied to Mt.SAC's RN program as well but I know I'm not going to be selected since it's a point-based system and my points are pretty low

I could not find the stats for GCC nursing acceptance rate/# of admitted vs. # of applicants. I am thinking that this application period may see an increase in applicants due to Pasadena CC Nursing not opening their application. (Glendale and Pasadena are fairly close to each other on the map).
Hmmm that's true. I looked at multiple sites and they all say GCC's acceptance rate is between 15-18% but like you said, I'm not sure if its # of admitted vs # of applicants. I think the # of applicants for GCC would be the same/similar to last year's # of applicants? Cause the application period for Summer/fall was January 31-March 2 but not sure haha

Wait was that part of the app? Because I didn't include mines.

No, not part of the app but that why I was wondering. I was reading a previous application period's allnurse's forum and they were referencing their certifications they included in their application so I was curious if anyone sent their extra curricular documents with their application. I did not include mine either.

Oh in that case we'll be fine. It would be unfair for to us if they take it into consideration since it's not part of criteria.

I'm p sure u can choose both. If you don't get in your first preference then they'll move you into your 2nd option.
But I wanna have a break on the weekends, so I only chose the standard option.
