Hi everyone! I applied to Glendale's RN program and waiting for invitation email to take the TEAS. Did anyone apply to any other schools besides Glendale? I applied to Mt.SAC's RN program as well but I know I'm not going to be selected since it's a point-based system and my points are pretty low

Hi everyone ! I also applied to GCC and a few other schools. I actually just received an email update from them that they are going to try their best to keep up with the timeline they sent out once we submitted our application. Best of luck to all of you!

hi everyone, this will be my third time applying to gcc. Since my app carries over I'm not receiving all those emails you all might be getting. I have only received an email on the 17th of this month stating that my file was maintained for Summer/fall 2020. Does anyone know what the timeline looks like for this app period?

Hi, I copied and pasted the timeline from the email! I think they made a mistake for the Summer Intersession courses dates.

On or before May 1:

You will be contacted via email if it is determined that your prerequisite courses are not equivalent to courses at Glendale Community College.

On or before May 15:

If you are eligible, you will be contacted via email to be invited to take the TEAS Version VI at Glendale Community College. Exact dates will be listed in the email. If you have already taken the TEAS Version VI by that time, you will be asked to send your first score (first attempt) electronically through¬†www.atitesting.com¬†to the Nursing Department using ‚ÄúGlendale CC ADN CA‚ÄĚ.

If you are not eligible, you will be contacted via email if it is determined that your Chancellor’s Formula cut score is below 75%. Further steps will be included in the email.

On or before May 30:

Letters will be sent via email regarding whether or not applicants have been accepted for the Summer/Fall 2020 semester. Applicants who are not selected for Summer/Fall 2020 will be notified to email the department to express interest in maintaining their file so they do not need to reapply for future semesters.

Early June 2019:

Students who are accepted for the Summer/Fall 2020 semester must attend the mandatory RN Program orientation. Students will receive a Welcome Packet which will provide instructions to complete the following by the orientation date:

o    Fingerprinting and drug screening

o    Submit another set of transcripts from each college attended so that courses may be evaluated towards receiving an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Summer 2020:

Students who are accepted for the Summer/Fall 2020 semester must attend the Summer Intersession courses (NS 200 & NS 205) from¬†1/6/2020 ‚Äď 2/13/2020.

Thank You @blueestar, I think they definitely made a mistake LOL. I honestly just hope I get accepted this time around. I've pretty much have gotten rejected everywhere. GCC is a very good nursing program and the instructors are so helpful. Last resort is Lattc, which I've been waiting for for almost two years. I will most likely get in until Spring 2021 but at least I'll be in a nursing school. So fingers crossed.

does anyone happen to know where to access PCC's nursing application? I dont see it listed anywhere on their website. I emailed them earlier this week with no response (assume its due to the virus.)

also, anyone applied to SBCC? On the email it says that they are sending notifications by April 3rd
