Gateway CC Fall 2019 Evening Program (Traditional RN)

My stamp is 1/18/18. Gateway CC evening program was my first choice. Has anyone with a similar date stamp been accepted to any type of traditional evening program? What are the class schedules generally like if you're only taking the nursing courses? Is it class everyday and on Saturday and Sunday? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Thank you, I am excited.. It is a book bundle that we have to buy. Super expensive :( I’ll attach a screen shot

Will you be using those textbooks for an entire year or only one semester/block? Do you have to buy the bundle from them, or can you shop around for used textbooks?

Oh ? the books are super expensive but I think this is for the entire program. For sure I am glad we don’t get to use Elsevier coz they give more than we need in their books. I hear this one is better. I have being transferred to PVCC but we don’t have our list of books yet. Was wondering if it the same?

Wow! That's super awesome. Congrats, even though I don't know you, I'm really happy for you as I definitely understand the anticipation of waiting. What was your time stamp? And I'm assuming you were accepted into the traditional program?

Thank you so much Christian!!! I’m actually part of BNFP (bilingual nursing fellowship program through SMCC) the wait time is a bit different!! Yes it’s the traditional program. I had picked the fast track program as my first option, but I think this program will definitely work out better for my family life!!

@tangledtrio and Christian2014 and anyone who is already at GW Evening program. Could you please share your experience so far, any information you can share will help me a great deal. I want to transfer to GW next semester for BLOCK 2. I am already in BLOCK 1 at another Maricopa community college.
