  1. I'm in my final BSN course but my professor is being extremely anal retentive. I have lost a full letter grade because of her. I want to pass this class and not redo anything but if she keeps slashing points I think I might just need to drop and start over. I have talked to my counselor and director of the program and they are looking into this teacher. I'm so stressed out. I wish we had a syllabus, rubrics and other measuring tools to know what is expected of assignments. IDK what else to do.....
  2. For block one you will be doing long term care (LTC) and depending on your site instructor, facility etc you can start anywhere from 0530 to 0645 and usually end around 1530 to 1630. While it is possible to have clinicals on Saturdays and Sundays, these are NOT guaranteed placements. If you are placed in a Friday rotation either you have to trade with someone or miss time from work if you are working full time/part time. Your clinicals usually don't start till around October/November.
  3. @tangledtrio nice! I will be seeing you in class then!
  4. Late to the game here but I got in to GCC/GCU. Looking forward to meeting y'all this summer. ?
  5. Been following this thread since Feb. Can't believe that we are at this point. It all seems too surreal. I feel like if I stay up till midnight or 1am that we might get a letter around that time.
