FSCJ Summer 2011 Hopefuls

Is there anyone planning to apply for FSCJ's Summer 2011 RN program? I am taking A&PI and II next semester with Human Growth and Dev. and Sociology, then I'll apply. I am taking Microbiology during the spring prior to going into the program. I am taking the Nat in September after Chem 1032. What about you?

I'm going for my second NAT attempt this afternoon, so wish me luck! Hope everyone is ready for the ride of waiting and the tidal wave of finding out our fate :eek:

I have 191 points excluding Micro which I'm taking this semester. I will turn in my application for the Summer to see what happens. I'm not optimistic to be accepted but at least it will give me an idea of the cut off score when I apply for Fall. My first NAT wasn't that great so I'm planning of taking it again but I'll wait till I get a word from the Nursing dept.

I am finally ready to turn in my app, thanks for all the well wishes! I came out at least better than last time about 5 points higher, so Yay! but we'll see if thats enough to make the cut...

To those of you (like me) who need CPR cert, there a class scheduled on January 27, 9am-12noon, at St. Vincent's. Call (904)278-4274 ext 227 to reserve a seat. $30 fee but $25 if you're a FSCJ student. :paw:

Its just over 196 (without micro) so, even if I don't get in for summer, I will definitely be keeping my fingers crossed for fall. You?

I have 206, but have already taken Micro. Your points are great! You will definitely get in for Fall if you don' t make it into the Summer.

I know the deadline is the 1st of February, but what month will the final decision be made for the individuals that are accepted or not :confused: Good Luck to everyone.

I retook the NAT earlier this month and scored 14pts higher than my last attempt. I got a 94.08. So I will be aplying with a 200.08. I can't wait for 2 months to find out if we're in or not. It's going to drive me crazy! Lol.

I applied and was accepted last term. Our apps were due on Oct 1 and I received my acceptance package the day before Thanksgiving. People received their rejection letters first and they waited until last minute for the acceptance packages. Not sure if that's how they will do it this time, but I'll bet on it..

last summer the students got their letters on March 10th. Lets cross our fingers that we get ours that early

For those wondering if Chem without lab is ok for Fall 2011, yes it's ok. I just confirmed it with the Program Dir. at North Campus.
