   That is correct. They have changed it for whatever reason, but spring 2013, summer 2013, and fall 2013 are all night and weekend programs only.

   It really just varies. Monday's are test days for two consecutive hours but each section starts at a different time so you won't know that til you are in the program. A 'typical' schedule would be 8-12 on Tuesday, 8-4 on Wednesday and 8-1 on Thursday...
