I also heard from someone that if you dont have 4 hours of AP or chem or something, you can make it up along the way in nursing school if you get in, but plz dont quote me on that b/c Im not sure. Like you, I dont like to go by hearsay either. If they allowed you to take micro, then Im pretty sure they'll accept your chem. But its good that youre checking to be sure. Yeah plz lemme know what you hear. :cool:

I still haven't heard anything back. I wonder what the normal amount of time is for an email. If I don't hear from her in the next couple of days I will leave her a VM. I don't think the Chemistry will be an issue for Summer, b/c I had heard that there would be a grace period before it went into full effect. As you all know though, this waiting can be hard on the nerves! lol.

I gave it too my husband to turn in for me. He has clients in that area a lot so Im gonna call the school and ask if he can turn it in for me. We live a long way from Dunn Ave and I hae 2 kids here so I hate to drive all the way out there with them just to drop off some papers.

Yes it took a week. That woman in just so busy all the time! How many points did u end up with?

I understand, I have two kids also :) I'm actually right where you are point wise with 206.84. We should be pretty confident with that, right? I'm just relieved to have all of the prereqs done... well maybe. I guess it depends on what the word is about chemistry! The only reason I took the one without the lab is because I took all of my classes online. Micro was hybrid.

Yes I think those points will be enough. Im about 99% confident in it. LOL. But I can't relax till I get that letter in myhand. Please God,let it go by fast:D How old are your babies?

It is such a relief to be done with all pre reqs and the NAT. I feel like Ive accomplished something:D Ive been in school forever, its been 2 steps froward and 5 steps back for me

My kiddo's are 2 and 5. So at least one is in school, but that won't help for the summer! LOL! If it makes you feel any better I started my prereqs 4 years ago, but then became pregnant with my 2nd child and took a little (2 year - HA!) break. I'm sure we will be seeing each other this summer :) How old are your babies?

Well Ive officially submitted my application! The lady said within 8 weeks of Feb 1st Ill get a letter in the mail. How am I ever gonna survive the wait???????

When I got pregnant with my 2nd I was only able to take like 1 class at a time so it took me forever:eek: I really wish I would have finished, or at least almost finished school before I had kids. My kids are 1 and 4. My oldest wont start school till she's almost 6 (because of her birthday) so idk what the heck Im gonna do about childcare!

Yay! Me too. I'm really excited. Last summer the peeps got there letters on march 10. That's not very long so hopefully ours will come just as soon. I have no clue what I'm gonna do with myself till then!

I also got pregnant and had to only take 1-2 classes at a time last year. I felt like I was never going to get through those prerequisites. But my daughter is 9 months old now and I know school isn't getting any easier from here on out! But im in it for the long haul! and I can't wait to be finished!
