Forsyth Tech PN Program 2014

Published

Hello all!

I just finished up my application to the Practical Nurse program at Forsyth Tech, I was SO nervous when I was doing my MAR review I could literally hear my heart beating! Lol, I had about 95 points which I'm guessing is okay, how many points have you all had? How did you feel about the teas test? I felt like the science portion was almost impossible to properly prepare for. Am I the only one super nervous? What did make me feel better was the admission coordinator said they are accepting 6 more seats for the fall term which is great!

The lady emailed me back this morning

Thank you! I was sort of panicking that I may not hear a confirmation, that way I know before the deadline, if I haven't received an email to call and confirm. :) Thank you and good luck!!

What was the date on your acceptance letter?

Mine was March 20th!

Yes they do email you back mpreavis saying that it is confirmed.

The date on my letter was March 1. I wish they would have mailed it out sooner so I wouldn't have been stressing out so much. LOL

I only had 89 points so I feel like I didn't get in... I just wish they would have sent out letters to everyone at the same time rather it was acceptance or denial I just really want to know lol....

Lakeisha, I called her & she never returned my call to schedule me so I went to triad cpr instead. It worked out better that way I guess bc I have class on wed nights. I'm glad to hear she's good bc I'll probably re certify with her next time :)

My pn letter was march 18 & I got it on the 20th.

Mine was dated the 19th I got it the 20th

Well I called them today(Friday), and ask them what the point range was for the stokes county (nights/weekends). The lady told me the range was 87-114 points. I didn't get in, but maybe on the waiting list. I had 80.8 points, but its ok there is always the spring ADN! Good luck to all who have gotten in may God be with you all, and help you on this new beginning! :)
