I just turned in three of my four applications , and I'm already sweating bullets! Just thought I would start a support thread for those of us impatiently awaiting results for the Spring of 2008.
Good luck to everyone!!!!
:balloons:
one month left to wait for the final word, but i got a letter today (well, yesterday now) that said i got the maximum score on the writing test. my gpa is competitive, and my references should have been quite favorable. if the numbers i've heard for applicants vs. open seats are correct it is extremely likely that i will get in. still, waiting is unpleasant.
congratulations! i have great admiration for people who write well! now, what is your approach? give me some pointers( i am very serious)
i didn't get into the waiting for a response until a week ago. i am not sure how i would deal with thinking about it for a month... the up side to it is by the end of may, most people will know where they stand. it is tough not knowing, and the inconsistency, in how people from the same schools hear back at different times; sometimes weeks apart!
Congrats Hotflash!!!!!Thank you Biol20fun!
And real fun begins soon!!!!!
Oh, Nursic, do you know something I don't?! I haven't gotten word yet - except that I didn't get into the lottery school. Don't know yet for the BSN program (pulling out hair at the 11th hour wait!)
I think your congrats must have been for Lady Jane. But, ohhhhh, how I hope your premature congrats is prophetic. Wouldn't that be too cool!
I am IMPATIENLY waiting a 3 letters two in June and one will come in July. Two for an RN program and so Im not putting all my eggs in one basket I also applied to an LPN program, which is just as competitive as the RN. I am praying I get in one of the RN programs but at this point I dont care. Good luck to those waiting and CONGRATS to those that made it.
