FIU Generic BSN Fall 2013

Hello!

I just wanted to see if there is anyone applying to FIU's BSN program for Fall 2013?

I haven't seen any threads for the BSN Fall 2013, so I decided to start one so we can all share our stories and see if maybe there is someone already in the college of nursing that could give us some advice or insight on the program itself.

Hi everyone.. I too applied to FIU and i received an email that i am on the official waiting list.. Idk how much longer i have to wait till i know forsure if i have been accepted or not... This process is so frustrating! Congrats to everyone who received the email on getting accepted and for those who didn't or are wait-listed like me, goodluck!

Yep! :bookworm: Close to my home, the fact I've already been a student at FIU for 3 years and most importantly the tuition cost are the reasons why FIU was my first choice.

Do any of you guys that accepted your admission currently work? I am deliberating whether I should quit my job a month before the program begins or even two months before so I can enjoy summer and mentally prepare myself for what is to come. I work 40+ hours a week and I've been taking full-time loads every semester (even summer) since 2010, I already feel a little burned out, LOL. I need a break before the REAL workload begins! hehe :sleep:

How is that possible?!?! Did you get a C- in one of the required sciences and repeat it?? You turned in your HESI, video essay with updated URL, and final transcripts, right??? I can't think of anything else. Unbelievable :no:

I am not sure if baptist hospital offer this scholarship to FIU. I know the offer it at Nova and Barry university
