FIU Generic BSN Fall 2013

Hello!

I just wanted to see if there is anyone applying to FIU's BSN program for Fall 2013?

I haven't seen any threads for the BSN Fall 2013, so I decided to start one so we can all share our stories and see if maybe there is someone already in the college of nursing that could give us some advice or insight on the program itself.

Still haven't gotten mine either. Aren't you guys excited? In less than 3 months we will be nursing students!!! :D

Deposit fee? What deposit fee? I did the background check already, and I (amazingly) got the results back really fast :)

How lucky! :) I did my background check, have to fax a form and then what do I do? I know fiu said something about a june 7 deadline. Did I make it??

The deposit fee of 200 dollars, we have to pay it. That what the acceptance letter in the mail said.

Yeah, I think you just had to order it by that time, so if you just fax the thing in before June 7th I am sure you will be fine :) And I have not gotten my acceptance letter in the mail...have you already taken classes at FIU? Because I remember when I first started there I had to pay a $200 deposit...you think that is it? Gah, I don't want to pay it twice! :facepalm:

I sent the fax today, I am a new student I have never taken classes at FIU. Hopefully you don't have to pay another $200.

What exactly has to be completed by June 7? I already ordered my background check but it hasn't been completed yet. I thought that's all I had to do.. I'm a little confused if something needs to be faxed? Or something. Clarification would really be appreciated :)
