FIU Generic BSN Fall 2013

I just wanted to see if there is anyone applying to FIU's BSN program for Fall 2013?

I haven't seen any threads for the BSN Fall 2013, so I decided to start one so we can all share our stories and see if maybe there is someone already in the college of nursing that could give us some advice or insight on the program itself.

I bought mine at allheart.com but i know theres also medisave.net and if im not mistaken i think the engraving is free there but dont take my word for it, i didnt look into it that much cause i had bought mine before knowing of that website

Hey guys, I just started working on the immunizations. Gosh, it's such a tedious process >:( I think I have all my shots except the tuberculosis. On the Immunizations Tracking System page, the titers are the blood work right? Just want to confirm lol :)

Yeah, I've been working on it for about a week now and i have everything pretty much almost done, yes the titer is the blood work :)

I did my blood work on Tuesday and then my doctor will call back for the results. here did you get a copy of the blood work, from the lab or your doctor?

Yes, i got my blood work done and then yesterday i went to my doc office for them to read my first ppd and also to get all my lab work, thats what we have to upload to American data bank, well atleast thats how i understood it

oh, ok! Gosh, one month until nursing school :D I am so anxious. Have you done your CPR class yet?

hi everyone. how is everyone coming along with their clinical requirements? Unfortunately, I messed up with my PPD shots and had to start over meaning I won't meet the deadline. I spoke to the person in charge of clinicals and they said students already should have received emails about what hospital they will be doing clinicals at. I never got any emails :/ So
