Hey guys! Is anyone here applying for the Generic BSN program for Fall 2016? I couldn't find any topics for it.
I'm in the process of applying right now and I just took the TEAS V today! I'm content with my score, but I may retake it. I hope that with my TEAS V score, my GPA, and my extracurricular activities combined that have a good chance of getting accepted into the program!
My stats are:
Science GPA: 4.0
GPA: 3.96
TEAS V Cumulative score: 79.3%
Reading portion: 83.3% unfortunately I ran out time on this one and had to blindly guess on two questions!
Math portion: 66.7% such a bad score for me! I had to guess on like 5 questions because I wasn't keeping track of time!
Science: 81.3% I'm so relieved with this score. I was so scared that I wouldn't pass the 62% mark. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!
English and Grammar: 83.3 % It was an okay section, a couple of tricky questions. I had like 3 questions on how a word is spelled correctly and those get confusing when two of them look like the right answer!
I would love to hear from anyone else who is also applying for the Fall 2016!
No, we don't need Liability Insurance unless you're a MSN to ARNP or RN to BSN student. If you're already licensed as a nurse, then yes you need it. If you just finished doing your prerequisites and going into the BSN Generic program without being licensed (in most of our cases), then don't worry about it.

Thank you so much for clarifying!! So basically the only thing we DONT complete on that clinical checklist is the Liability Insurance. Everything else is needed like the student attestation, consent release form, fingerprints etc? And the performance standards form?
Im sorry again for what may be a dumb question lol I guess I just misinterpreted the green heading thinking that was the heading for all the things under it

I just logged onto my complio account today to make an appointment for the FBI fingerprint and something was already uploaded on my account under the background check heading. I just want to clarify whether the background check is automatic once you purchased the packages.
@Mm012345 Yup, everything except for the liability insurance is needed.

Yes background check is done automatically. But make sure you go do the fingerprinting. after you go, they will upload it automatically as well. Same goes for the drug test and employment verification.
@len95 Thanks for the clarification! Yeah, I just scheduled for the fingerprinting. For the drug test, does that require an appointment or can it be a walk-in?
