Congratulations to all who passed the NCLEX exam...It will be my turn next week Oct 18. Really hoping to pass this time.. I took the test last July and I'm being positive that this will be the last...Pls pray for me guys. Also, i'm due to give birth on Nov 2nd week...Hoping and praying that everything will be ok...

OMG, what a pleasant surprise to see so many great news. I am so very proud of every single one of you and thankful for allowing this thread-(which I pray for each day) take off and becoming so inspirational to us October and future test takers!

yeah thanks a bunch! im taking it 2mrw. il have to wait for like 4 weeks for the results though..all my october fellas.pls continue praying for me. i know this exam is really unpredictable. just kip praying with me pls. thank you

I took NCLEX yesterday....... i felt soo good going through the first 30 or so and was praying that the computer would shut off at 75 already so that i have high hopes at passing at this point! NOPE! went pass 80, 85, 100 i said c'mon now...turn off.....yess it turned off but dammit it was the break button! so......in the end...i had the lucky nclex lotto number 265...5 hrs. i felt sooooo sick and wanted to puke in front of the computer... nothing could have prepared me for the topics. i dont understand why the questions got so extremely hard. i thought it is supposed to be based on how you answer the previous question! please pray for me... i havent even slept :cry:

to lovenursingbeing i study sanders and on line chat room suggestions printing out all the example questions i could do an find on line and doing 100 qestions a day on the computer and lots and lots of prayer which i think helped the MOST!:monkeydance:

i took mine this afternoon , landed at number 75, got 3 select all that apply and 3 drug cal.. lots of questions with words like FIRST, INITIALLY, BEST, MOST, WHICH STATEMENT NEEDS FURTHER TEACHING OR ASSESSMENT and the newest to my sight is the word ESSENTIAL ..in pharms i think i got like 10+ questions about it, health teachings, what to do if the patient is like this, or that...my last question was like, what do you expect to assess in a client with this type of problem..i believe i answered that right, i say a little prayer before i started reading question number 75 and talked to the computer before i clicked the next button..saying..shut down baby! and it did!

im continuing to pray that i passed that exam. i felt positive when i finished it and thanked God for everything. i have to wait for a month!ggeezzz..yeah a month to receive a mail from them.:uhoh21:

does anybody here had the same type of exam? especially that new word "essential" on the question..hope to hear from all of you guys:idea:

took it today got 265 questions! i thought i was gonna puke right there and then. soooo many select all that apply. what does that? they are thehard questions righT? because i know that if u get hard questions means ur doing really well. i dont know why i had to have all 265, does that mean that i was at a risk for failing. i cant fail again, this was my second time. im ready to be have a license, im alrady an RN just need that paper!

All it means the computer could not decide. Many have passed with max questions the same as many have failed with minimum questions. Try and relax and good luck
