subscribe to this thread if you are a february '09 test taker. i want to send out support to those of you studying and cannot wait until your test date! especially if you are like me studying daily and working with other new grads whom have already taken his/her exam and passed.
how is your studying going? what are you using?
i am following suzanne's plan and have been diligent thus far. btw, i work full-time as a new grad and am attending a rn-bsn program. i have no life but it will be worth it to pass the nclex!
Dont Give up I know Sometimes you may feel frustrated and very upset. Dont forget you are not the first or the last to fail Nclex. So keep going forward and study. GOOD LUCK!
I found Saunders to be a little on the easy side. I have switched to using Kaplan and Mosbys. Do as many questions as you can to get used to answering questions and learning how to pick out the wrong answers.
Good luck to everyone who is planning to take this Feb. I'll be taking mine this Feb 20 and it'll be my second time. Im using kaplan's Qbank and Exam Cram Practice quetions which has the trademark of pearson. The questions provided on the exam cram is of the same difficulty with Kaplan.
I'm taking mine the 20th. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers!
I've been using Kaplan QBank, Saunders CD and a RN Quiz site every day (answering 150-200 questions a day). Belive me my mind and body will be ready for the break.
hey guys... i am new to this thread, let alone this website...but i have been constantly lookin up this forum for suggestions/ tips/ idea about how to study the nclex pn...i love the random fact throwing!! hopefully it'll help during the test which is TOMORROW!!! (feb 2) aughhh!! so i will def need all the support and prayers...i hope i pass guys.... i have been studying kaplan qbank and saunders religiously!! (6-9 hrs/day). ive been told the last day before the test u should take a break and relax....im "kinda" doing that, but also looking up last minute things and review...but i wont let it pull me an all nighter this time...all i know is that my intention for tomorrow when i go in there is stay calm, be confident, and even though i know for sure i will come across questions i don't know, i wont freak out, just pick which one is right and do your best! thats all i can say....well ill do alota praying tonight, wish me luck guys..and good luck to u too! =)
