subscribe to this thread if you are a february '09 test taker. i want to send out support to those of you studying and cannot wait until your test date! especially if you are like me studying daily and working with other new grads whom have already taken his/her exam and passed.
how is your studying going? what are you using?
i am following suzanne's plan and have been diligent thus far. btw, i work full-time as a new grad and am attending a rn-bsn program. i have no life but it will be worth it to pass the nclex!

this is the last week of the month and it went by fast! congrats to those of you who have taken your exams during weeks 1-3 and passed! i know some of you are still waiting. hopefully you will find out soon and your results will be positive.
has anyone else noticed that the world keeps going and just about every day someone is taking the nclex??? the rest of you taking your exam week 4 good luck!!! soon the torture will be over and it will be someone else's turn... in march of '09.

*i knowwww right. people are becoming nurses everydayyyy! even as i type this, maybe one person just found out they just passed. it's crazy how one word is a life altering moment. "passed".. that's one word we allllll crave and itch to see. *still waiting patiently.. :redbeathe
I took my test February 19th. I studied using NCLEX- RN Made Incredibly Easy and Saunder's Comprehensive NCLEX Review. Thousands of practice questions!!!
I just took a deep breath, went in there with the attitude, "I know what I know and I will pass!!"
I just focused on the test at hand, did not reflect on the fact that it was indeed the NCLEX!!
The two days waiting for the results I thought my husband would divorce me! I was like, i know i failed!! I was going insane!
But i passed. whew. Thank God.

I have been on the NCLEX roller coaster since Graduation in Decemeber and am finally down to to the last 36 hours before exam! I test Feb 24th at 8am in NJ...
I have prepared to the fullest.. Kaplan Review online and in class, Saunders book to supplement and countless Qbanks (high 60's to low 70s) and Qtrainers.. No matter what Kaplans Predictor says I am terrified to take this exam! I have a Pediatric job waiting for me to start April 6th and I have heard nothing but horrow stories about no ammount of studying is enough for boards... I am reviewing all exams I took and doing one more Qbank before I stop all testing. I give you all credit that have gone thru this and passed or went back for a 2cnd time.. I think the waiting is going to be even worse then the actual test. Thank God NJ finds out in 48 hours, I would move just to not be part of the cruel 2 week wait Ca. has... Seriously!
I would be grateful if you all sent me some positive energy tomorrow (Monday, 2/23/09 @ 11AM). I will be taking my NCLEX in Scranton, PA for my NY license.

how come? my other friends took it in Feb and they all got the result within 4 days....... I wish my name appear on BON tomorrow. I heard that BON website updates every other day at 5:15 am...
