Lillian, like any question, answer the question that's being asked. SATA has to do with how well you know the stem topic and if you answer the question that's being asked.

Don't get distracted by the mere fact that it's an SATA type question. You have the knowledge and you have the information. Use it, love.

I got 3-4 SATA in my batch of 75Q. I dont know if I answered them right or wrong, but I passed NCLEX.

75 Q and 50 minutes later.

and a 48 hour wait for results.

i am unofficially an RN, BSN in the State of Georgia... now, all i have to do is.... make sure i don't commit any crimes between now and when Georgia verifies my license :) so, no stealing of candy, cupcakes, or food of the sort from children or otherwise.

I take my NCLEX on Monday, the 23rd (5 days before my 44th Birthday).

I've been using the Saunders exclusively. I have access to the ATI system but have decided against using the system (I get really great scores on the Saunders bank questions and online practice bank questions but not with the ATI system).

I gave myself at least a month and a half to study. I started on page one. I took all the quizes at the back of each of the chapters (without reading the chapters) and then I went back and started studying each chapter that I did not do well on. I created a large calandar that listed all the topics that had to be studied and sat there day in day out at least 8-10 hours a day. I broke up the day by studying the chapter in the AM than doing the corresponding Q&As (plust the Q&As of the previous chapter) on the CD early PM and them studying the Pharm and Normal labs in the late PM. For the next 3 days I have Q&As (all topics), the bookmarked questions that were incorrect, Pharm and normal labs.

On Sunday my 3 daughters are going to give me a manicure, facial and massage, my two sons and my husband are cooking dinner and we are going to have a movie night.

Yes, I feel the anxiety, but probably not as bad as it would have been had I not stuck to the plan.

Good luck to all of you.

Yvette

my 2 cents
