subscribe to this thread if you are a february '09 test taker. i want to send out support to those of you studying and cannot wait until your test date! especially if you are like me studying daily and working with other new grads whom have already taken his/her exam and passed.
how is your studying going? what are you using?
i am following suzanne's plan and have been diligent thus far. btw, i work full-time as a new grad and am attending a rn-bsn program. i have no life but it will be worth it to pass the nclex!
Am I the only crazy person that is taking the exam on Friday the 13th? It was the first day open and I'm not superstitious or anything. Hopefully it will be lucky for me. I graduated in Dec and it took my school forever to send out the stuff. I feel like I don't know enough! I have quite a few books (Kaplan, Mosby, Saunders). I liked the Saunders book that Suzanne mentioned (I never did her plan though) better than Mosby's review. I generally get 66% passes. I did the ATI for school and had like a 90% and a 94% chance of passing the NCLEX. Sounds like many of you guys are scoring around the same? I was so worried I was getting really low. My friend graduated in May and made it look so easy to pass. I'm studying and worrying my butt off and have been too scared to tell anyone I am taking it. I need any prayers there are! And good luck to all of you all too. I take it in 11 hours!
hey everyone. just took the test. i dnt feel good! waaahhh! i got 75 q's (da heck) as usual a lot of prioritization, infection control, patient techings, meds that are not so familiar, (im so unlucky for that, i had 3 unfamiliar drugs out of 10 drugs) no calculations, and 2-3 sata's. i really felt bad for the sata q's coz they came out like when i was in the number 60's and 70's.. i really dont know what i feel right now.. 2 days before the test i felt so tired i wanted to rest but i cant.. and the day before i ddnt study i jst relaxed, i wanted to sleep but i couldnt all u could do was close was eyes.. and now, im jst so tired and hungry after the test..
i swear got pretty much the samecontent asyou and someone elseonthis board. I stopped at 75 as well. I hope this is good for all of us...its either really good or really...bad. Poop Im scared...... I want to know but at the same time I don't Im really scared. :crash_com
Just take it easy and breath a sign of relief that its over. Everyone seems to feel anxious after this test! I'm sure you did great and in a couple days you will see that RN behind your name. Just take today to do something fun.... Its friday the 13th afterall! I take mine in just 1 hour! I hope I get a realitivity small amount of questions.... but in a good reason! :icon_roll:bowingpur
I Just got out of my test. Yup....all 265Q. I don't even know what to do. I can't do anything but try. I'm not sure how many people know that I took it. But if I don't pass then I am demoted to a UAP at my job.... so demeaning. I would seriously think about quitting. I'm holding onto hope.... i thought I was doing ok, but freaked when I was nearing 200 and really gave up around 240. I thought I was doing really well at first! I'm guessing I wont know until Monday and its totally going to ruin my whole weekend, but I'm holding onto hope tha when I check the Indiana list of registered nurses that my license number will be there...
My test is scheduled for Feb 25 and I been studying everyday Saunders LPN and Kaplan Qbank. I am sooooooooo ready to get this over. This is my second time to take this test, the first time it shut off at 205. I wish you all GOOD LUCK and I pray that we all pass!:bowingpur
I just got my results today. What a wonderful Valentine's Day!! I passed. I am a registered nurse. My test was 75 questions and I finished pretty fast. What a surreal feeling, but I'm so happy it is behind me.

what website did u check the result? in pearsonvue? u have to pay just to know your result..am i rt?!?
