subscribe to this thread if you are a february '09 test taker. i want to send out support to those of you studying and cannot wait until your test date! especially if you are like me studying daily and working with other new grads whom have already taken his/her exam and passed.
how is your studying going? what are you using?
i am following suzanne's plan and have been diligent thus far. btw, i work full-time as a new grad and am attending a rn-bsn program. i have no life but it will be worth it to pass the nclex!
i am taking mine on the 23rd too! i can't take the stress anymore. I am loosing sleep over this. I was doing good on Kaplan before 60-67, then i started doing bad 50s. i feel like i am starting to forget what i learned in the Kaplan review class. I need prayers too.
Nsg Dx:Anxiety related to taking the Nclex as manifested by Insomnia or dreaming about the exam when i actually do sleep.
same with me! i am starting to forget what i have reviewed. I also used kaplan & attended the class last oct :-D & I will take the exam just now. i am already RN in my home country...can i just do reciprocity! hahaha...just joking i know thats too impossible. i am getting crazy bout this :rotfl:
i scheduled my exam on feb 26, suppose to be i want the afternoon exam, but we only have limited avail time here, so i the took the morning instead. i've got two more weeks so im taking questions everyday, anyone who also did kaplan?
Also, everyone talks about taking Kaplan, anyone esle taking a different NCLEX review program? It seems Kaplan is a major hit? I am not taking Kaplan and feel very left out?

I'll be taking my test 19 Feb 09... I'm am super nervous but I'm trying to use only a few resources so that I don;t get too overwhelmed. I pray this is my first and last time taking the NCLEX, the stress alone is enough for me to just want to get it over! BEST WISHES TO EVERYBODY. I know we can do this. We wouldn't have graduated otherwise.
Well I took mine earlier today and the more I think about it the more I think that I failed.........ughhhhhhh...I feel like I had some low level questions( I mean some of these questions were really easy) and I feel like I got nervous and blew it. I was trying to really think about the answers.....however I feel like I outsmarted myself. AHHH = ( I feel terrible and its not even official yet...Im sure Ill feel worse on friday
hey everyone. just took the test. i dnt feel good! waaahhh! i got 75 q's (da heck) as usual a lot of prioritization, infection control, patient techings, meds that are not so familiar, (im so unlucky for that, i had 3 unfamiliar drugs out of 10 drugs) no calculations, and 2-3 sata's. i really felt bad for the sata q's coz they came out like when i was in the number 60's and 70's.. i really dont know what i feel right now.. 2 days before the test i felt so tired i wanted to rest but i cant.. and the day before i ddnt study i jst relaxed, i wanted to sleep but i couldnt all u could do was close was eyes.. and now, im jst so tired and hungry after the test..
i just wish everyone goodluck and dont loose hope.. we can make this test!! no matter how hard it seems i still believe that we can still make it.. god bless us all. i will still be praying and hoping. (waiting is the worst time!)
