  2. I started as an lvn in the home health field with no experience. I was given an orientation and the pace was much slower and easier 2 digest. You can eventually move onto the hospital arena with some experience under your belt. Good luck. I am ini the s. calif area btw.:nuke:

  5. Hi all, The wait lists are sooo long at most of the jcs in Riverside and S. Bernardino county. Anyone know how long the wait list is here and anyone currently attending? Info about RCC would be gr8 too.
  6. Nursgurl, How long did you wait to get into the program and what was your gpa? Iwent to the workshop recently and the wait-list seemed intense. Any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks
  7. Hi, I went to LATTC for the Lvn program and they have a lvn-rn bridge program as well. The entire program including books should be less than 5000. They are located near the downtown L.A. vicinity. Good luck
  8. Not glad at all! :angryfire The lvn program was easy to get into which should have been my first alert(I went to Lattc). If I could start again I would have waited and taken my rn pre-reqs and headed strait away towards RN. I feel personally like I've wasted my time but some may enjoy being an lvn initially. Good luck
