  1. I swear I never wish to take the NCLEX again even though I enjoy doing a lot of practice questions because I have never learned that much comparing in class. I am sure most of you will pass the first time. Think positive, so what if I failed, it means I still have some areas need to study on and I would be fine when I retake it. Trust me, I am sure at least over 90% people took the test thought they failed but it still turned out to be passing. BTW, a good NCLEX review guide means most to me.
  2. I have been reading the blogs here quite often. I just took my board on Feb 12, and it was a horrible feeling. I thought I did pretty well and wished the computer would shut off at 75 questions. But, nope, it kept going on and on, finally I just couldn't wait for it to finish. It stopped around #195. I had a really bad feeling because most of my classmates who took the board test had range from 75-120 questions. I believed I failed because I had too many questions. I came home and log on allnurses, found out there were a few people did have 190+ questions and passed. I really appreciate those people who posted their # of questions and passed. It gave me a big encouragement. All I wanted to say is number of questions really doesn't mean much any more. I believe most people felt they failed when they finished the test but they still passed. Keep your chin up regardless how many questions thrown at you but just be calm and think each question thoroughly. My school offered Drexel' review course. Personally I think the course didn't help much but the online question bank helped me more. I also downloaded some Kapan's Q-bank tests. Through my experience, Kapan has the closest type question to the NCLEX. I would recommend Kapan for all who are going to take NCLEX. Keep chin up and stay calm. You all will be fine.
