I took Nclex at 9:00 am this morning. I had 113 questions. That is just to odd of a number don't your think. It's like maybe I was doing well but still missing a few and the computer decided to go ahead and pass me.. Or,, I started to do really, really, bad. I know everything will be ok. I'v been praying for days now. I just can't seem to shake this since of doom. When I was in school, I knew on every test how well I did after I took it. Everytime I would tell a friend, and sure enough thats how I did. I came out of Nclex today fully knowing that I failed.
On the other hand. I remember that I asked God not to long ago to help get accepted into nursing school. Then I remember asking him to help pass one quarter after the next. Then when I was precepting on the cancer unit,, I prayed for them to offer me a job. They did, and I have already had my urine test,, references checked and have been welcomed to the company. Sooooo. God has been in my favor. I can't see him granting me this and guiding me all this way and then take it from me??.
So That is just Satan putting the doom inside of me, I'm going to through it out, and remember my prayers and have faith in my God.
Thanks for listening everyone.

You may not have even failed...and for anyone who did, it's not the end of the world. I know it must be difficult to deal with failing the nclex after studying SO hard(trust me I'm not saying this whole process isn't stressful, it IS) but if we can make it through nursing school, we have the tools, we can pass this test! Did any of you fail a test in nursing school? I did, and now that area(cardiac) is no longer a weak area. The obvious trick here is to REALLY focus ALOT on the weak areas, and if it takes 5000 practice questions to identify them, well that's really not much compared of what we went through in nursing school in my opinion. Practice practice practice the weak areas most first.(this is what my instructor said).
I pray that God will give all of us comfort and strength to get through this stressful process.
I am so happy, thank you all for your comments of encouragement. I kept my faith though out the night. I got my results today. I passed.

God will see u through it all. I admire your faith. I have a question for everyone too. I graduated from Nursing school in 2002. I took the boards 2 times. I failed both times. I need to study and pass. Yes I have a lot of conversations with God as you can imagine. My question at hand is should I get a current cd to study from I have a 2004 book plus cds. Any advice?????
