Is it too early to start a thread like this? LOL
I'll be finishing up my pre-requisites this fall, and then applying in the spring for the Summer 2010 session. I still need to study for the NAT and actually take the exam and take a CPR course. I'm considering getting my CNA and trying to find work in healthcare to get my foot in the door.
I am so nervous about the whole process, nervous about whether I should try to work and go to school, and especially nervous if this is something I can handle. I am afraid of all the responsibility.
Anyone else planning for next Summer? What is your process looking like, what are your thoughts/feelings?
I can't believe it (since I'm considered out-of-county...St. Johns), but I actually got in to N/W!!! (I had 223 points)Congratulations to everyone who got their acceptance notice!!!
And for those still waiting, good luck...don't give up hope!!! :redbeathe
When did you get your email/letter???? TIA!
flmom, do you have 5 kids? I have 6, only 4 at home, the youngest being 4 years old. I also work full time. How do you do it? I know I am always going and sleep is a past time.
I have 5 kids of my own. DH has 4. I was a single mom for years so I kinda did what I had to do. I never thought about whether is could be done or not....I just did it.
How do I do it? Well, what my moniker doesn't say is that I only have 1 at home and she is 17! Of hubby's 4 kids, 2 are grown and the other 2 live with their mom in SC.
Last...and definitely not least....God gave me a gift. I learn easily with minimal effort, so I don't need to study as much as some of my class mates.
